Product Description
This machine is equipped with one set of vertical heat sealing roller and one set of horizontal heat sealing roller with continuous checked sealing trail. Measurement is achieved by using a granular counting device. There are three cutting styles to choose: Line-cutter, zig-zag cutter and perforated cutter. One set of easy tearing device is equipped on the machine.
Use PLC as control units and display the operating status through touch screens
Variable frequency motor driven, the packaging speed can be adjusted steplessly within the working range
The servo horizontal sealing device enables stepless and continuous adjustment of the pouch length within the operation range. The pouch length can be set by using the touch screen.
The photo-electric color mark positioning system provides the first pouch positioning capability. This system can eliminate noise signals caused by abnormal color marks and printing related film defects. This guarantees smooth and reliable operation of the positioning system.
The film extension compensation system can compensate the effect of film extension on the pouch length variations.
