1. Summary
Bottling mill of YGZ series of oral liquid is applied to health food and oral liquid and rolling cover of seal in food industry. It also is applied to liquid bottling and seal for production of the chemical products and cosmetic products. This machine uses mechanical-electric integration technology. Computer controls the bottling quantity and the advanced peristaltic pump is used to measure and impregnate. It has such advantages as high metering precision, easy clean, do not pollute liquid and without leak through. It also can be adaptable to bottling for all kinds of liquid preparation. The cap plug and cap use the solenoid oscillation panel work and easy adjustment. The roll cap uses flexible rol head of three-knife roller. It has strong adaptability to various size of bottle ad can reduce breaking rate. The parts touching with bottle and liquid are made from stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. The cover plate of stainless steel is used on the tabletop and parts around frame so that the machine can be cleaned easily.
