Purpose

Pulverize and granule-sort raw material with bulky grain, material with lump, medical pill wich is out of specification. Pulverize and reuse food stuff with high heat sensitivity, cream biscuit.

Principle of operation

When the raw material come into the chamber of machine, the pulverizing-tool revolves with high speed and made the raw material moving with vortex tracks so producing strong centrifugal force that scatter the material onto the surface of the screen-bucket. The force of shear and squeeze between the high-speed pulverizing-tool and the screen-bucket as well as the self-friction of raw material will crush it. Meanwhile, the particle of material which size is same with that of eyelet will, under the centrifugal force, discharge from the hole of screen. There are twelve different screen-buckets matching with different meshes, so can achieve best result of granule-sorting.
