Troubleshooting and troubleshooting of sprayer:
1. No mist and dripping water.
The reason is that the filter screen in the casing is blocked, and the second is that the oblique hole in the nozzle is blocked. Remove the nozzle to clear the blockage.
2. When spraying, water and air are sprayed out at the same time. The reason may be that the welding seam of the infusion tube in the barrel is desoldered, or the infusion tube is corroded by the liquid medicine. At this time, we can perform welding repair or replace the new tube.
3. The sprayed mist is very scattered and not conical. The possible reason is that the shape of the nozzle hole is not correct or it is blocked by dirt, resulting in poor atomization. At this time, we can unscrew the nozzle cap and adjust it, and at the same time remove the dirt from the nozzle hole.
4.Water leaks from the plug stem and gland. The wall of the gas cylinder is de-soldered from the bottom of the gas cylinder, or the steel ball in the valve housing is stuck by dirt and cannot be tightly sealed with the valve body. This will cause water to leak out. We can repair or remove dirt according to the specific situation.
5. The switch is leaking. If the switch is damaged or the asbestos rope under the switch cap is aging, causing water leakage symptoms in the manual sprayer, then we'd better replace it with a new product or a new asbestos rope in time, and then tighten it.
